Oil leakage of diesel generator

Cause of failure: because there are many pressure seals in the engine, such as cylinder liner piston piston ring, turbocharger turbocharger rotor shaft, this seal generally plays its full role when the engine has about 1/3 load, and slight leakage may occur when the load is small, otherwise the following faults may occur:
2) For supercharged diesel engines, the supercharging pressure is low due to low load and no load. It is easy to cause the sealing effect of supercharger oil seal (non-contact type) to decline, and the oil rushes into the supercharging chamber and enters the cylinder with the intake air;
3) Part of the engine oil flowing up to the cylinder participates in the combustion, while part of the engine oil cannot be completely burned, forming carbon deposits at the valves, intake ports, piston tops, piston rings, etc., and part of it is discharged with the exhaust, gathering or forming carbon deposits in the exhaust pipe. When the accumulated engine oil and carbon deposits reach a certain degree, they will flow out of the interface of the exhaust manifold;
4) When the oil in the supercharger accumulates to a certain extent, it will leak out from the joint surface of the supercharger;
5) Long term low load operation will lead to more serious consequences such as increased wear of moving parts and deterioration of engine combustion environment, which will lead to the advance of overhaul period.
Treatment method: when using, try to reduce the low load / no-load operation time, and specify that the minimum load should not be less than 25%-30% of the rated power of the unit;
